I am pleased to share my website and newsletters, Autoamor, which means "self-love", the first and most important step for leading a healthier life. We all know that exercise, healthy diet, and mindfulness are crucial to our wellbeing, and yet many of us have difficulty including these in our lives. I know how challenging it is to develop and sustain healthy habits, and I am passionate about making it easier for you. Over time, I have found many things that have helped me stay aware of my physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and I am excited to share them with you.

I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and have been working as a registered nurse in Colorado for over a decade. I am now completing my Master's in Education in Health and Wellness so that I can pursue my passion for helping underserved populations live healthier lives. I am a mom of three grown children whom I admire, I love nature and animals, I enjoy volunteering, and I am committed to my growth. Most of all, I enjoy life and have fun, and being strong and healthy helps me to do that.
